Entity Identity
A customer remarked today that Identities should apply not just to people, but machines, software code, or any item that may be individually addressed. They call these items “Entities.” Hence, the moniker “Entity Identity.”
Sounds cool. I haven’t had much time to think if the relevance extends beyond the cool sound.
